The TB100 is our most affordable custom printed canvas tote bag. At 6 oz it's the lightest canvas in our range, which keeps the per-unit cost lower than our 12 oz styles. The minimum order is 50 pieces per design, and volume pricing applies automatically — the more pieces you order, the lower your cost per unit. Choose screen printing if your design uses 1–4 solid spot colors — logos, wordmarks, bold type, and simple mascots. It's the most cost-effective method for large bulk runs and is available on both natural and black TB100 canvas. Choose DTF (Direct-to-Film) for full-color artwork, gradients, photos, illustrations, and fine detail — color count doesn't change the price. Both are 15"×16" flat canvas totes with a 10"×12" imprint area — the difference is canvas weight. The TB100 is 6 oz lightweight canvas, the TB200 is 12 oz heavy canvas. The TB100 costs less per unit and is the right choice for high-volume orders where budget is the priority — schools, nonprofits, events. The TB200 feels more substantial in hand, holds heavier loads, and produces a sharper, more consistent print surface — the right choice when perceived quality and long-term daily use matter more than price.

The minimum for custom printing on the TB100 is 50 pieces per design. If you need fewer than 50 pieces, the TB100 is available as a blank bag with no minimum order — you can then decorate it yourself or take it to a local print shop. Yes — screen printing and full-color DTF are both available on natural and black TB100 canvas. For screen printing on black canvas, light-colored inks — white, cream, yellow, or bright colors — give the best contrast and legibility. We'll advise on ink color options when we prepare your proof. Full-color designs can go on black with DTF — the white underbase keeps full-color artwork bright on black canvas.

Turnaround is 10–14 business days after you approve your digital proof. The proof is typically ready within 1–2 business days of receiving your artwork. We ship from our California warehouse, so transit time to most of the continental US is 3–5 business days after ship date. If you have a firm event deadline, mention it when you send your artwork — we'll confirm whether the timeline is achievable before production begins.
