What is the minimum order?
It depends on the item and print method. DTG printed tea towels have no minimum. Screen printed towels start at 24 per design, edge-to-edge towels at 25, custom aprons and pillow covers at 10, and custom tote bags at 25 for full color (DTF) or 50 for screen print.
Can I see my design before you print?
Yes. Every custom order starts with a free digital proof, usually within 1–2 business days. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
Do you offer pricing for large orders?
Yes. Prices drop as quantities go up. Send us your item, quantity and design and we will quote your exact order.
Can you meet an event or holiday date?
Tell us your in-hand date when you request a quote. We will confirm the production and shipping timeline before you place the order.
What artwork do you need?
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) or a high-resolution PNG works best. If your file needs changes for printing, we will let you know with your proof.
