For the most popular 27″×27″ size, the imprint sits in the tri-fold zone — ideally 10–12″ tall × 8.5″ wide, so the full design is visible when the towel is folded and hung over an oven handle. Place your order & submit artwork
After ordering, upload your file directly on this page or email it to us. We accept PDF, PNG, AI, EPS, and JPG. Files should be 300 DPI, RGB/sRGB color space, sized to actual print dimensions.

We send a virtual proof for approval
We'll send a digital mockup showing exactly how your design will print on the towel. Our team will flag any issues and offer minor adjustments at no charge. Full refund is available before you approve.

Printed directly onto the towel
Your design is printed directly onto our pre-made 100% cotton flour sack towels using water-based DTG inks. Unlike screen printing, there are no setup fees and no color restrictions — every detail in your file prints.

Packed & shipped within 2–3 weeks
Your finished towels are packed and shipped within 2–3 weeks of proof approval, dispatching from our Southern California warehouse. Expedited shipping is available at checkout once production is complete.

DTG prints directly onto pre-made towels within a 14"×16" imprint area — the hem edges remain unprinted. Edge-to-edge printing covers the entire towel surface from hem to hem by printing on a roll of fabric before the towel is cut and sewn. If you want full-surface coverage, choose edge-to-edge. If your design works within a 14"×16" window, DTG is faster and has no minimum.
Yes — DTG is a good choice for watercolor, gradient, and multi-color artwork because it can reproduce soft transitions and fine detail better than screen printing. However, DTG printing does not guarantee an exact 100% color match to your screen or original file. Color can vary based on fabric, ink absorption, artwork, and monitor settings. For best results, submit your file in RGB/sRGB at 300 DPI, and we'll send a virtual proof for layout and placement approval before production.
Production takes 2–3 weeks after proof approval. Once you approve the virtual proof, your order enters the production queue where it is printed, inspected, packed, and shipped from Southern California.
Yes — since there's no minimum per design, you can order 1 of Design A and 3 of Design B in the same order. Each design goes through its own proof approval. Keep in mind that each design is treated as a separate production item, so all designs in an order must be approved before production begins on any of them.
A full refund is available at any time before you approve the virtual proof. Once you approve the proof and production begins, the order is final sale and non-refundable. This is standard for custom printed products. Please review your proof carefully — check design placement, colors, and any text — before approving.
