Turnaround is 10–14 business days after you approve your digital proof. The proof itself is typically ready within 1–2 business days after we receive your artwork. We don't start production until you've approved the proof, so please factor in proof review time when planning for a deadline. If you have a time-sensitive order, contact us before placing — we can sometimes accommodate rush requests depending on current production volume.

Yes — every custom tote bag order includes a free digital proof before production begins. The proof shows your design at scale on the bag, with correct proportions and placement. We do not start printing until you have reviewed and approved the proof in writing. If anything needs to be adjusted — size, placement, color, or layout — request changes at the proof stage. Once production begins, changes are not possible.

If your design is a logo, text, or illustration using 1–4 solid colors, screen printing is the better choice — it produces the most vibrant results for simple designs and is more cost-effective for larger runs. If your design includes photography, gradients, subtle shading, or more than 4 colors, DTG is the right method — it prints unlimited colors in a single pass with no additional cost for color complexity. DTG is only available on natural canvas. If you're unsure, send us your artwork and we'll recommend the best method.

For screen printing, we strongly prefer vector files — AI, EPS, or PDF with outlined fonts. This ensures your design scales perfectly to the imprint area without any loss of sharpness. PNG files at 300dpi or higher are acceptable for simple designs. For DTG printing, send a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, in RGB color mode, at a minimum of 300dpi at the intended print size. If your file isn't print-ready, send it anyway — we'll let you know what needs to be adjusted before we build a proof.

Yes — both sides of the bag can be printed. Two-sided printing is priced per side, so a two-sided order is treated as two separate print runs on the same bags. Contact us with your design and quantity requirements for a two-sided quote.

Yes. Both screen print and DTG prints on 100% cotton canvas are durable through regular machine washing. For maximum print longevity, we recommend cold water washing and either air drying or low-heat tumble drying. DTG ink bonds directly into the cotton fiber rather than sitting on top as a surface layer, so it doesn't crack or peel with use and washing the way some inferior prints do. Screen print ink cures into the canvas surface and is similarly durable with proper care.
