Custom Extra Large Canvas Tote Bag — Jumbo 14×17×7, Deepest Gusset, Screen Print & DTG

The TF254 is the tallest and deepest canvas tote in our range. At 14"×17"×7", it's taller than our standard 15"×16" flat totes (which are actually wider than they are tall), and its 7" gusset is the deepest we carry — significantly more depth than the 3"–5" gussets on our other gusseted styles. That extra height and depth is what makes it work as a gym bag, a beach bag, or an oversized carry-all for items that simply don't fit in a standard canvas tote. The 10"×12" imprint area is the same as most of our other bags, so any print file sized for a standard canvas tote will work directly on the TF254.

Yes — the TF254 is the best canvas bag in our range for beach use. The tall 17" profile fits a beach towel, sunscreen, snacks, a water bottle, and a change of clothes without forcing the bag beyond its capacity. The 7" gusset gives real structured depth, so the bag doesn't look overstuffed even when fully loaded. The 12 oz cotton canvas handles the sand, salt, and sun exposure that beach bags typically face. Natural canvas with a screen-printed coastal brand logo, or DTG with full-color beach artwork, are both popular approaches.

They're large in different ways. The TG260 (20"×15"×5") is wide — it's a grocery shopper with a landscape logo format, built for over-shoulder carry with a full grocery load. The TF254 (14"×17"×7") is tall and deep — it's an oversized carry-all, built for items that need height and depth rather than width. Choose the TG260 for grocery programs and wide horizontal logos. Choose the TF254 for gyms, beach brands, festivals, and any use where the bag needs to carry bulky, tall, or high-volume loads.

Yes — screen printing is available on both natural and black TF254 canvas. For black canvas, light-colored inks — white, cream, or bright spot colors — give the strongest contrast. We'll advise on ink options when we prepare your proof. Black canvas with a white or bright screen-printed logo is popular for breweries, fitness studios, and outdoor brands. DTG is available on natural canvas only.

Upload your artwork using the button on this page, or email it to us after placing your order — whichever is more convenient. Include your chosen print method (screen print or DTG), imprint color(s) for screen printing, and any placement preferences. We'll confirm receipt, review your file, and send a free digital proof within 1–2 business days. For screen printing, vector files are preferred (AI, EPS, PDF). For DTG, send a high-resolution PNG, PDF, or JPG at 300dpi or higher with a transparent or white background.

Production is 10–14 business days after you approve your digital proof, plus transit time from our California warehouse. The proof is typically ready within 1–2 business days of receiving your artwork. Transit to most continental US locations is 3–5 business days after ship date. If you have a firm deadline — a festival, a gym opening, a seasonal launch — mention it when you submit your artwork and we'll confirm the timeline before production begins.
