What is the minimum order for custom printed TB200 tote bags?
The minimum order is 25 pieces per design, for both screen printing and DTG. This applies per colorway — if you want the same design on both natural and black bags, each color is a separate run with its own 25-piece minimum. For large promotional orders of 100, 250, or 500+ pieces, contact us for volume pricing.
What's the difference between the TB200 and TB100?
The TB200 is 12 oz heavy canvas; the TB100 is 6 oz lightweight canvas. Both are flat totes at 15"×16" with a 10"×12" imprint area, but the TB200 is significantly heavier, holds its shape better under load, and has a more premium feel in hand. The TB100 is the better choice when cost-per-unit is the primary concern on very large runs. The TB200 is the better choice when print quality, bag longevity, and perceived value matter — which is most promotional and branded merchandise situations.
Can I get my logo screen printed on the black TB200?
Yes — screen printing is available on both the natural and black TB200. For printing on black canvas, we recommend using light-colored inks (white, cream, or light neutrals) for maximum contrast and legibility. We'll advise on ink color options when we prepare your proof. Note that DTG is available on natural canvas only, not black.
How long does it take to receive custom printed TB200 tote bags?
Turnaround is 10–14 business days after you approve your digital proof. The proof is typically ready within 1–2 business days of receiving your artwork. We ship from California, so most US locations receive orders within 3–5 business days of ship date. If you have a deadline, mention it when you send your artwork and we'll confirm whether the timeline is achievable.
What file format should I send for my custom tote bag design?
For screen printing, vector files are strongly preferred — AI, EPS, or PDF with outlined fonts. For DTG printing, send a high-resolution PNG with transparent background at 300dpi or higher at the intended print size. If your file isn't in these formats, send it anyway — we'll let you know what adjustments are needed before building your proof. We never start production without your explicit written approval of the proof.
Does the print hold up through washing?
Yes. Both screen print and DTG prints on the TB200's 12 oz cotton canvas are durable through regular machine washing. For best print longevity, wash in cold water and air dry or tumble dry on low. DTG ink bonds into the cotton fiber rather than sitting on the surface, so it won't crack or peel with normal use and washing. Screen print ink cures into the canvas surface and is equally durable with proper care.
