The TB160 is where custom printed canvas bags meet color. The natural cotton body is a flawless print surface — tight-weave cotton canvas that takes screen print ink and DTG printing with equal clarity. Screen printing and DTG are both available on the natural body. Printing directly onto the handles is not available — handle color is the design element, the print goes on the front panel. The 10"×12" portrait imprint area is the same as the TB200, making any artwork sized for the TB200 directly compatible with this bag.

Can I order the TB160 with different handle colors in the same order?
Yes — each handle color is treated as a separate variant, and the 25-piece minimum applies per handle color. So if you want 25 bags with hot pink handles and 25 with navy handles, that's two separate runs of 25 pieces each. If you need multiple colors for a bridal party, event, or team program, contact us before ordering and we'll put together a combined quote.
Is the TB160 good for custom bridesmaid tote bags?

No — printing is on the natural canvas body only, not the handles. The handles are pre-dyed cotton fabric; screen printing and DTG are applied to the flat natural canvas front panel within the 10"×12" imprint area. The handle color is a design element, not an additional print surface.
How do I submit my artwork for the TB160?

We'll confirm receipt, review your file, and send a free digital proof within 1–2 business days. For screen printing, vector files are preferred (AI, EPS, PDF). For DTG, send a high-resolution PNG, PDF, or JPG at 300dpi or higher with a transparent or white background.

Production is 10–14 business days after you approve your digital proof, plus transit time from our California warehouse. The proof is typically ready within 1–2 business days of receiving your artwork. Transit time to most continental US locations is 3–5 business days.
