Both are 15"×16" flat canvas totes with a 10"×12" imprint area — the difference is canvas weight. The TB100 is 6 oz lightweight canvas, the TB200 is 12 oz heavy canvas. The TB100 costs less per unit and is the right choice for high-volume orders where budget is the priority — schools, nonprofits, events. The TB200 feels more substantial in hand, holds heavier loads, and produces a sharper, more consistent print surface — the right choice when perceived quality and long-term daily use matter more than price.
