When Will My Order Ship?
Please Note: UPS is currently experiencing delays in shipment times. Please allow extra 1-2 days for your order to arrive. Expedited orders are currently not guaranteed by UPS.
In an effort to ship your products out in a timely manner, orders received before 11 am PST will be shipped out in 1-2 business days. U.S. holidays and weekends are not considered business days. In the event that you order on one of these days, your shipment may be delayed 1 to 2 business days. If there are any issues that may cause delays in shipping your order, we will call or email you. Please contact us if you have any urgent shipping needs. We will do everything we can to make special arrangements to expedite your shipping.
We offer Expedited, 2 day and next day shipping options. For orders that choose 2-day shipping and is placed before 3 pm (PST) during the week, you will receive the order in 2 days. For example, orders placed on Monday before 3 pm (PST), will receive the order by Wednesday. If your order is placed Friday thru Sunday, it will ship out on Monday and be received by Wednesday. If you have any specific needs please contact us by phone or email. We will get in touch with our carriers to see what other shipping options may be available to you.
We accept no responsibility for errors related to incorrect shipping addresses, unconfirmed addresses. We are not responsible for items confirmed delivered. We advise you request Signature Confirmation at an additional cost if you have concerns about your shipping destination's security. The buyer is responsible for all items shipped.
The following return reasons will require a reshipping fee (if you would like us to resend your order):
Unknown reason/Refused or Rejected - customs tax, import tax or extra fees not settled by the recipient;
Insufficient/ Incorrect address - recipient incorrectly input a wrong address;
Unclaimed - Parcels left in post office/UPS Store and was not claimed during the allotted time.
Mary's Kitchen Towels will not be responsible for an order that is not delivered within the estimated delivery time as weather, holidays, customs clearance and other issues are beyond our control.
How long does shipping time take?
Shipping times will vary depending on the shipping method that you choose. Here is an outline of the options.
Free Shipping – It takes up to 10-14 days. Available only in the continental US.
Standard Shipping – Allow up to 5 business days after the shipment has left our facility. Delivery time will depend on how close you are located to California. Most orders will arrive within 2-4 business days.
Expedited Shipping**- Shipments will arrive within 1-5 business days after the shipment has left our facility.
3-Day Shipping* – Shipments should arrive within 1 to 3 business days after the shipment has left our facility. Delivery time will depend on how close you are located to California. Most orders will arrive within 3 business days.
Two Day Shipping* – Shipments will arrive within 2 business days after the shipment has left our facility.
One Day Shipping* - Shipments will arrive within 1 business day after the shipment has left our facility.

I accidentally gave you wrong address. Can I change it?
Yes, we can change the wrong addresses as long as UPS allows us to do. However;
- If we haven't processed your order, and you want to change your shipping address. We can change it without any additional fees.
- If the packages already left our facility, there will be UPS interception fee. Fee will be depend on how much UPS charges us.
Who are your shipping providers?
We offer shipping through USPS, UPS and FedEx. We will select the most appropriate carrier based on your order size and shipping address. This allows us to offer the lowest flat shipping rates while passing that savings to you. We are not responsible for shipped items lost, damaged or for stolen packages once the order has been confirmed delivered by the United States Postal Service or FedEx. However, we always do our best to try and help resolve the issue with the carrier.
Free shipping eligibility requirements
Currently free shipping is not available because of the ongoing supply chain issues, the rising costs of production and the sea freight.
The USPS tried to deliver my package, but I was not at home. Can they redeliver it?
If USPS attempts to deliver your package and you are not home, they will automatically try to redeliver. Packages that are not sent back to us are eligible for redelivery service. Visit https://redelivery.usps.com/redelivery/, select “Schedule a Redelivery”, and follow the prompts.
