ARTWORK & APPROVAL

• 📧 After placing your order, please email us your artwork or logo
• 🎨 Preferred formats: EPS, AI, CDR, PDF, PNG (with transparent or white background)
• ✨ Best Practices for Preparing Artwork Files for Print
  
  1. Send Artwork at Actual Print Size (300 DPI): Please send your artwork at the exact size it will be printed and at 300 DPI resolution. Example: If your design should print at 12" tall, your file must also be 12" tall at 300 DPI.
  
  2. Outline All Text: Convert all fonts to outlines to avoid missing or substituted fonts during printing.
  
  3. Check for Locked Layers: Make sure all layers are unlocked before outlining text or exporting your final file.
  
  4. Highly Recommended – Flatten Your Artwork: Flattening your design helps prevent shifting, font issues, missing elements, or transparency errors. If you flatten your file, you may skip steps 2 and 3 because flattening removes font and layer risks.
  
  ⚠️ Important: It is the customer’s responsibility to properly prepare and submit artwork. Mary’s Kitchen Towels is not responsible for misprints, pixelation, font substitutions, or layout issues resulting from artwork that does not meet these requirements.
