Printed in the tri-fold position at the bottom third of the towel, the same way all production DTG orders are done. Turnaround is 6 business days after proof approval.

The only way to truly evaluate edge-to-edge printing is to see your own artwork at full-surface coverage on the actual fabric. Because E2E requires printing the fabric as a continuous roll before cutting and hemming, there is a setup cost — which is why the per-piece price steps down as you order more.

No — the maximum for this sample product is 6 pieces. If you need more than 6 pieces of the same design, you're at the point where a small production run makes more sense. Our minimum for a full edge-to-edge production order is 25 pieces. Contact us and we'll quote a small production run for you.
The $25 credit is valid for 12 months from the date of your sample order and applies to your first full edge-to-edge production run. It cannot be combined with other discounts or applied to additional sample orders.
Yes — pre-printed samples are made using the same process, equipment, and flour sack cotton fabric as full production orders. They're a reliable representation of the print quality, color saturation, line detail, and fabric feel you'll receive on your custom order.
For a custom DTG sample: PNG with transparent background at 300dpi or higher, in RGB color mode. For a custom edge-to-edge sample: PDF, AI, EPS, or PNG at 300dpi+ — include 1–2 inches of bleed on all sides. If you're not sure your file is ready, email it to us before ordering and we'll check it for free.
Custom screen print samples are not available — screen printing requires physical screen setup which makes a single custom piece impractical to price. The best option is to order a pre-printed screen print sample ($9.99) to evaluate the method, then contact us to discuss a small custom screen print run.
