What is the interior pocket like?
The RC241 has an open interior pocket — a flat fabric panel sewn into the interior of the bag that creates a separate compartment for smaller items like a phone, wallet, keys, or cards. It's not zipped or fastened, just an open slip pocket. The pocket keeps small items accessible and separated from the main compartment without digging.
Is the gusset full side and bottom, or bottom only?
The RC241 has a full side and bottom gusset — structured panels on all sides including the sides, not just the base. This means the bag holds its rectangular shape from every angle under load, stays open while you're packing it, and stands upright when empty or lightly loaded. It's a more structured carry than a bottom-only gusseted tote.
Why is the imprint area square (10"×10") rather than the standard portrait format?
The 13" bag width gives less horizontal room than wider bags — so the imprint area is designed as a square rather than a wider rectangle. A 10"×10" square sits well centered on the bag face with comfortable margins. It works well for square logos, circular marks, and centered designs. If your artwork is designed as a wide landscape or tall portrait, it will still fit within the 10"×10" boundary — but square and centered designs use the space most naturally.
