Our team checks your artwork for correct file dimensions (15″×21″), resolution (300 DPI), and bleed coverage. We'll flag any issues before proceeding. Once your file passes review, we send you a digital proof showing exactly how your custom printed placemat will look — colors, layout, and edge placement — before a single piece is printed.

You review and approve
Review your proof carefully — check the design placement, colors, any text, and orientation. We don't print until you've given us written approval. Once you approve, the order is final and production begins. This is your last opportunity to catch anything before it goes to print.

Your artwork file must be larger than the finished placemat size.
We print on a continuous roll of fabric first, then cut and hem each custom placemat to its finished size. Your file needs to be approximately 2″ larger on each side to allow for bleed and hem folding. Sending a file sized to the finished 13×19 placemat dimensions will result in white or unprinted edges on the final product.
