Canvas weight is measured in ounces per square yard and is the single most important spec for durability. It's the difference between a bag that lasts one season and one that lasts a decade.

Lightweight and foldable. The economical choice for high-volume event giveaways, conference bags, and promotional runs where cost per unit matters most. Holds light loads comfortably. Takes screen print and DTG well on natural.

Decision 2 — Structure: Flat vs Gusseted vs Full Gusset

Common Questions

I need bags for a trade show in 6 weeks. Which style should I order?

For a trade show, the TB100 or TB200 flat totes are the most common choice — they fold flat for easy distribution and carry the standard portrait imprint area that works well for logos and branding. Production is 2–3 weeks after proof approval plus transit time. Six weeks is workable if you move quickly. Send us your artwork and deadline and we'll confirm what's achievable.

Can I get bags with a black background and white logo?

Yes — the TB200 and TG110 are available in black canvas and take screen print with up to 4 spot colors including white. DTG is not available on black canvas — DTG requires natural canvas only. If your design is a clean white logo on black, screen printing on our black TB200 is the right call.

I'm an artist. Which bag works best for selling my artwork?

The TB200 (12 oz, natural, portrait imprint) is the most popular choice for artists — it's heavy enough to feel premium, holds its shape well on a retail display, and the 10″×12″ print area works for most illustration sizes. If your artwork is landscape-format or you want maximum print real estate, the TG260 (14″×10″ landscape) gives you a notably larger and wider canvas. Both print well with DTG for full-color artwork at 25-piece minimums.

What's the difference between the TF230, TF254, and TF255?

All three are full-gusset heavy 12 oz shoppers — the difference is size and shape. The TF230 (14″×15″×4″) is the most compact and best for grocery and everyday shopping. The TF254 (14″×17″×7″) is our tallest bag — maximum vertical volume, best for tall items like wine bottles or bundles of flowers. The TF255 (15″×15″×7″) is square-format with a wide base — the classic farmers market and grocery tote that stands upright fully loaded and holds bulky items. If in doubt, the TF255 is the most versatile of the three.

Do GRS recycled and GOTS organic bags print the same as standard cotton?

Yes. The print process and results are identical on natural-color canvas regardless of the certification. Same DTG ink adhesion, same screen print results, same care instructions. The certification affects the material story, not the print performance. All three material categories are available on natural canvas and print with full-color DTG or screen print in 1–4 spot colors.

Can I order a mix of styles in the same order?

Yes for blank orders — no minimum, any combination, ships in 1 business day. For custom printing, the 25-piece minimum applies per design, not per style — so you can split 25 pieces across different bag styles as long as they carry the same design.
