100% Cotton Twill — Built for Kitchen Use
Natural Off-White Base
The fabric is high-end 100% cotton twill in its natural off-white color — not bleached white, not grey. This warm base tone works beautifully with illustrated designs, botanical prints, and earthy color palettes. Designs with light backgrounds blend seamlessly with the fabric.
High Thread Count Twill
Tightly woven twill is opaque, thick, and heavy enough to provide real protection from kitchen spills. It holds its structure even after dozens of machine washes and softens naturally with each wash cycle.
Wrinkle-Resistant
Twill's diagonal weave naturally resists wrinkling. A quick steam or low tumble dry is enough to restore a crisp look after washing — no ironing required for most use cases.
Stain-Repellent Weave

Place your order & email your artwork
After ordering, email your artwork file along with two preferences: (1) pocket style — no pocket or front waist pocket, both included at no extra cost; (2) strap color — $2 additional, just tell us the color, point to it in your artwork, or send any reference image and we'll pick it from there. The larger the file, the better the print quality. Submit adult and kids files separately if ordering both sizes.

We send a digital proof for your approval
Before any apron is printed, you receive a mockup showing exactly how your design will look across the full apron surface. Full refund is available before approval. No changes or cancellations are possible after you approve the proof.

All-over DTG printed onto cotton twill
Your artwork is printed across the full front surface using direct-to-garment technology. Ink bonds directly into the cotton twill fibers — no surface coating, no cracking, no peeling. Unlimited colors are reproduced with full accuracy.

Packed & shipped within 3–5 weeks
Finished aprons are inspected, folded, and packed. Orders ship within 3–5 weeks of proof approval from our Southern California warehouse. Expedited shipping available at checkout.

Important — Read Before Sending Your File
Your artwork file must be larger than the finished apron size.
We print on a continuous roll of fabric first, then cut, fold, and stitch each apron to its final size. Your file needs to be approximately 2″ larger on each side to allow for bleed and edge folding during stitching. Sending a file sized to the finished apron dimensions will result in white or unprinted edges on the final product.

The minimum is 10 pieces per design. You can order multiple designs in one order — each design requires its own 10-piece minimum. If you're ordering 100 or more pieces total, contact us before placing your order to access special wholesale pricing.
You can choose between no pocket or a front waist pocket — both are included in the price at no extra cost. The front waist pocket is a large divided pocket that runs across the lower front of the apron at the waist seam, with its edges finished in the same color as your straps. If you want a completely uninterrupted print surface, choose no pocket. Custom strap color is $2 additional — just tell us the color, point to it in your design, or send any reference image and we'll pick it from there.
Yes — you can order both sizes in the same order. Each size requires its own correctly-sized artwork file. Do not submit the same file for both sizes as the dimensions are different. The 10-piece minimum applies per design per size, so you'd need at least 10 adult and 10 kids to satisfy the minimum for each.
No — 100% color matching is not possible or guaranteed with DTG printing. There are two factors to understand: First, colors displayed on backlit screens always appear differently from ink on fabric — blues can shift, pastels can appear muted, and very saturated colors may print slightly softer. Second, the base fabric is a natural off-white, not a pure white — any areas of your design that are white or very light will pick up the warm off-white tone of the fabric. This is especially important for designs with white backgrounds. Ordering a sample before placing a full run is strongly recommended if color accuracy is critical to your design.
All-over printing means your design covers the entire front surface of the apron — from the top near the neck strap down to the bottom hem, and edge to edge. There is no centered placement box or imprint area limit. Because we print on a roll of fabric and then cut and stitch each apron, your artwork file must be larger than the finished apron size to allow for bleed and edge folding. Submit your file at 29″×35.5″ for adult and 17″×20.5″ for kids — not the finished apron dimensions.
Yes — DTG ink bonds directly into the cotton twill fibers rather than coating the surface. This means there is no cracking, peeling, or flaking even after heavy use. Washing cold and tumble drying low will keep the print looking its best. Avoid bleach and high heat, which can fade any printed fabric over time.
Changes and cancellations are possible at any time before you approve the digital proof — and a full refund is available during this period. Once you approve the proof, production begins and the order is final. No changes, cancellations, or refunds are possible after proof approval. Please review your proof carefully before approving.
