Custom Printing for Artists, Designers & Sellers
Whether you're an independent artist heading to a craft fair, a designer supplying souvenir and gift stores, or a wholesale brand building out a product line — we make printing on cotton straightforward and affordable.
We've been printing custom tea towels since 2006. Our team handles every order — no outsourcing to third parties, no price inflation from middlemen. Submit your artwork, approve a digital proof, and we handle the rest.
Also print on tote bags, pillow covers, aprons & placemats. See all printing services →

Choose the Right Printing Method
Edge-to-edge and DTG use the same direct-to-fabric technology — the difference is coverage and process. Screen printing uses a mesh stencil for bold solid-color work. All three are handled by our team.

Edge-to-Edge Printing
The entire surface of the towel is your canvas — no borders, no white margins. The fabric is printed on a roll first, then cut and hemmed, so the design goes right to every edge. The most popular choice for artists with bold patterns, illustrated artwork, watercolors, and oil-based designs.

DTG Printing
Direct-to-fabric printing with unlimited colors and smooth gradients. Printed in the tri-fold position — at the bottom third of the towel — so when folded and hung over an oven handle, the full design is visible without being cut off. Ink bonds into the cotton fiber — no cracking, no peeling. No minimum order. Most popular size is 27″×27″.

Screen Printing
Ink pushed through a mesh stencil directly into the cotton fiber — the most durable printing method available. Up to 4 Pantone spot colors. Best for bold logos, text, and solid-color designs. Most economical for runs of 24+ pieces per design.

How It Works
From artwork to finished tea towels in four clear steps. Every order follows the same process — no surprises.
Pricing That Lets You Resell Profitably
Many of our customers supply independent gift stores, home goods boutiques, and specialty retailers — either directly or through wholesale marketplaces. Our pricing is built to give you the margins to do that.
Order 100 or more pieces and you qualify for our wholesale rates — up to 40% off standard pricing. The more you order, the better your cost per unit and the more room you have to build a healthy retail margin. Contact us for a quote based on your specific product, quantity, and method.
DTG has no minimum at all — a single piece if that's what you need. Edge-to-edge starts at just 25 pieces per design. That makes it practical to test a new design, confirm it sells, and then reorder at wholesale volumes. No large upfront commitment required to start.
We've Never Missed a Holiday Season.
Not Once in 19 Years.
While other suppliers take your order in September and quietly go quiet in November — we scale up. Your Halloween and Christmas orders ship on time. That's not a promise, it's a track record.
It's a pattern we hear about constantly. A customer places a holiday order with a rival in August or September. They're told it will be ready. November arrives. Production is backed up, lead times stretch, and suddenly the supplier can't fulfill. No Halloween stock. No Christmas inventory. A season of sales — gone. Some suppliers even require you to plan 5–6 months ahead just to guarantee delivery, which means committing to designs in June for a December sale.
Our production times don't change in Q4. DTG and screen printing: 2–3 weeks from proof approval. Edge-to-edge: 3–5 weeks. That's the same in October as it is in March. We scale capacity with demand — our team and equipment are built to handle the season, not surprised by it. You can place a screen print or DTG order in mid-October and realistically have product in hand before Thanksgiving. Edge-to-edge ordered in late October ships in time for Christmas.
Common Questions
What is the difference between edge-to-edge and DTG printing?
Both use the same direct-to-fabric DTG printing technology — the difference is in the coverage and process. DTG printing is applied to a pre-finished, hemmed towel in the tri-fold position — at the bottom third of the towel — so the full 14″×16″ design is visible when folded over an oven handle. The most popular size for DTG is 27″×27″. Edge-to-edge is printed on fabric as a continuous roll before cutting and hemming — this means the design covers 100% of the towel surface with zero white borders. The most popular size for edge-to-edge is 19″×28″, though other sizes are available.
How long does production take?
Production times run from proof approval. DTG and screen printing: 2–3 weeks. Edge-to-edge printing: 3–5 weeks. Aprons and pillow cases are printed with the same DTG process — plan for 2–3 weeks. Once production is complete, all orders ship from Southern California. US orders over $200 ship free. We send tracking immediately when your order leaves the warehouse.
What file formats and resolution do you need?
Send your file at 300 DPI or higher at the intended print size, in PDF, AI (fonts outlined), PNG (transparent background), EPS, or TIFF format, in CMYK color mode. For screen printing, include Pantone (PMS) codes for each color and separate each color onto its own layer. For edge-to-edge, extend your design 1–2 inches beyond the final towel dimensions on all sides as a bleed area. Not sure if your file is ready? Email it to us before ordering — we review artwork for free.
Can I order a sample before a full production run?
Yes. You can order a custom-printed sample with your actual artwork to see how it prints on the flour sack cotton before committing to a full run. When you order a sample, we include a $25 discount code toward your first full production order. This is especially useful for artists launching a new product or designers testing a design they plan to sell wholesale.
What branding options can I add to my order?
Three branding options are available: Loop screen printing — your brand name or logo printed permanently onto the hanging loop of the towel. Custom labels and tags — brand labels stitched directly onto the product, just like any retail-branded item. Branded paper bands — custom-printed craft or white paper bands to wrap finished towels for display or shipping.
Pricing: All branding options are $0.50/piece, with a minimum total print order of 150 pieces. Combine any two options together (e.g. loop printing + paper band) and the combined rate is $0.75/piece for both. Contact us to add branding to your order.
What fabric do you print on?
Tea towels — including all DTG, edge-to-edge, and screen printed towels — are printed on 100% flour sack cotton: a 130 thread-count diagonal weave that is flat, highly absorbent, and lint-free. Pillow covers, aprons, and placemats are printed on 100% cotton twill — a heavier, tighter weave suited to structured products. We are also planning to offer linen fabric as an additional option soon — contact us to be notified.
Are custom printed tea towels machine washable?
Yes — all custom printed items are fully machine washable. The ink bonds into the cotton fiber rather than sitting as a surface layer, so it does not crack, peel, or flake with regular washing. For maximum longevity, wash in cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for larger orders?
Yes — orders of 100+ pieces qualify for wholesale pricing, up to 40% off standard pricing. Contact us with your design, quantity, and printing method for a custom quote. Many of our wholesale customers supply independent retailers, gift shops, and specialty stores. If you're supplying at national scale or through a sales rep network, we can discuss volume pricing and ongoing supply terms.
