Place your order & submit artwork
After ordering, upload your file on this page or email it to us. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred for the sharpest results. PNG, JPG, and PSD files accepted at 300 DPI, sized to actual print dimensions. Specify the number of ink colors in your design.

We prepare screens & send a virtual proof
A separate screen is created for each color in your design. Before production begins, we send a digital mockup showing exactly how your design will print. Our team makes minor adjustments at no charge. Full refund is available before approval.

Printed with Plastisol inks
Each color is pressed through its screen onto the towel in sequence. Plastisol inks are cured with heat after printing, bonding them to the cotton fabric for a durable, vibrant finish that resists fading and cracking over time.

Packed & shipped within 2–3 weeks
Your finished towels are folded, packed, and shipped within 2–3 weeks of proof approval from our Southern California warehouse. Expedited shipping available at checkout.

Screen printing requires a custom mesh screen to be created for each color in your design. That setup cost — time, materials, preparation — is spread across the run. Below 24 pieces the per-unit economics don't work. If you need fewer pieces, or have a design with gradients or many colors, DTG printing has no minimum and handles unlimited colors.
Yes — the 24-piece minimum applies per design. You can order 24 of Design A and 24 of Design B in the same order. Each design requires its own screen setup and goes through its own proof approval before production begins.
Standard screen printing uses our in-stock ink colors — we aim for close color matching but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy due to natural variation in materials and ink batches. If exact brand color is essential, contact us before placing your order to upgrade to Pantone color matching. An additional setup fee applies. Please provide your Pantone codes when contacting us.

If you're ordering a large run of a bold, clean design, screen printing gives you the best per-piece price.
Production takes 2–3 weeks after proof approval. Once your proof is approved, your order enters the production queue where screens are prepared, the towels are printed and heat-cured, then inspected, packed, and shipped from Southern California.
A full refund is available at any time before you approve the virtual proof. Once you approve and production begins, the order is final sale and non-refundable. Please review your proof carefully — check design placement, colors, and any text — before approving.
