2. Upload your artwork. After placing your order, upload your design file. Accept formats: PNG (transparent background preferred), PDF, AI, EPS, TIFF at 300 DPI or higher. If you don't have a design ready, contact us — we can advise.
3. Approve your free digital proof. We send a digital mockup showing your design on the towel before printing begins. The production clock starts after you approve — take your time reviewing placement, size, and color.
4. Production and shipping. DTG printed towels ship in 2–3 weeks from proof approval, from our California facility. Free shipping on orders over $200 to the continental US.

Artwork Requirements

The quality of the printed towel depends directly on the quality of the artwork file. A few things that make a significant difference:

• Resolution: 300 DPI minimum at the final print size. A file that looks sharp on screen at 72 DPI may print blurry. When in doubt, submit the largest file you have.
• Format: PNG with transparent background is ideal for designs with a defined shape. PDF, AI, or EPS for vector artwork. JPEG works but may show compression artifacts on gradients.
• Color mode: RGB color mode for DTG printing — not CMYK. If your file is CMYK, we can convert it, but submitting RGB gives you the most accurate color preview.
• Text: All fonts should be embedded or converted to outlines before saving. Missing fonts will render incorrectly.

Washing and Care for Printed Towels

DTG printed flour sack towels are machine washable — the ink bonds into the fiber and holds up through regular laundering when cared for correctly.

• Wash cold or warm on a gentle cycle. Hot water accelerates fading over time.
• Turn inside out before washing to protect the print surface.
