Order Details:
- Minimum order quantity: 24 towels (included in the pricing).
- No extra setup, screen, or curing fees—no hidden costs.
Customization Options:
- We can print your design, artwork, or logo on any location of the towel. Maximum imprint area: 12 x 13.5 inches. For larger or all-over printing, please click here.
- Up to 4 different colors can be used in a single design. No extra setup charge for in-stock colors. Special or Pantone colors incur additional charge.
Virtual Samples:
- We provide a virtual sample for your approval before production.
- Full refund available if you cancel before approving the virtual sample. Once approved, personalized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Production Time:
- 3-4 weeks after proof approval.
Imprint Method: Silk Screen (default method). Other methods may be available—call 909-923-0225 for details.
Graphic Design Services:
- No charge for small art modifications.
- Free virtual samples.
- Our skilled graphic design team can help perfect your logo or artwork.
Artwork Submission:

Over/Under Runs:
- We reserve the right to ship under or over by 3% and bill accordingly. For under runs of 3% or less, Mary's Kitchen Towels reserves the right not to print the remaining balance.

If precise color matching is important for your project, you can upgrade to Pantone color matching. Pantone colors require an additional setup fee — please contact us before placing your order and provide your Pantone color codes.
