WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Our team makes every effort to ship your in-stock item(s) as soon as possible. If we receive your order before 3:00 pm PST, your order will be shipped the same business day. Otherwise, your order will ship the following business day. Please note that weekends and U.S. holidays are not considered business days.
We also offer Expedited, 2nd day and Next day shipping options.
All orders are shipped from our Ontario, California warehouse.
HOW LONG SHIPPING TIME TAKES
Standard: 1 - 6 business days after shipment (depending on how close your location is to California. Majority of orders arrive in 4 business days)
Expedited: 1 - 3 business days after shipment (depending on how close your location is to California. Maximum it takes 3 business days)
2nd Day: 2 business days after shipment
Next Day: 1 business day after shipment

What you need to know about our Screen printing service:
- Above prices for the screen print service only, the towels are not included.
- For screen print service minimum order quantity is 24
- There will be no extra setup fee, Screen fee, flash curing fee or any other hidden fee.
- We can print your design on our cotton tote bags and cotton drawstring bags
- Up to 5 different colors can be used for a single design.
- Acceptable design formats include JPG, TIF, PSD, AI, BITMAP.
- We create the virtual sample for your approval
- Your orders will be shipped in 7 to 10 days.
- You can always cancel your order and get a full refund before you approve the mock-up. We are unable to accept returns, cancellations or exchanges on personalized products, once virtual sample(mock-up) is approved.
- Since you are free to make any changes on your design before you approve the mock-up, we will only take your "APPROVED" mock-up as a reference and your final product will be same as shown on the mock-up.
When Will My Order Ship?
In an effort to ship your products out in a timely manner, orders received before 3:00 pm PST will be shipped out the same business day. Otherwise, it will be shipped out the following business day. U.S. holidays and weekends are not considered business days. In the event that you order on one of these days, your shipment may be delayed 1 to 2 business days. If there are any issues that may cause delays in shipping your order, we will call or email you. Please contact us if you have any urgent shipping needs. We will do everything we can to make special arrangements to expedite your shipping.
We offer Expedited, 2 day and next day shipping options. For orders that choose 2-day shipping and is placed before 3 pm (PST) during the week, you will receive the order in 2 days. For example, orders placed on Monday before 3 pm (PST), will receive the order by Wednesday. If your order is placed Friday thru Sunday, it will ship out on Monday and be received by Wednesday. If you have any specific needs please contact us by phone or email. We will get in touch with our carriers to see what other shipping options may be available to you.
How long does shipping time take?
Shipping times will vary depending on the shipping method that you choose. Here is an outline of the options.
Standard Shipping – Allow up to 5 business days after the shipment has left our facility. Delivery time will depend on how close you are located to California. Most orders will arrive within 2-4 business days.
Expedited Shipping* – Shipments should arrive within 1 to 3 business days after the shipment has left our facility. Delivery time will depend on how close you are located to California. Most orders will arrive within 3 business days.
Two Day Shipping* – Shipments will arrive within 2 business days after the shipment has left our facility.
One Day Shipping* - Shipments will arrive within 1 business day after the shipment has left our facility.

Who are your shipping providers?
We offer shipping through USPS and UPS. We will select the most appropriate carrier based on your order size and shipping address. This allows us to offer the lowest flat shipping rates while passing that savings to you.
The USPS tried to deliver my package, but I was not at home. Can they redeliver it?
If USPS attempts to deliver your package and you are not home, they will automatically try to redeliver. Packages that are not sent back to us are eligible for redelivery service. Visit https://redelivery.usps.com/redelivery/, select “Schedule a Redelivery”, and follow the prompts.
